Valley Forge Aerospace, Inc. brings cutting-edge components and customized solutions to the aerospace industry such as specialized, prototype Attitude Control Instruments for NASA, built to meet NASA's precise engineering specifications.

Valley Forge Emerging Technologies, Inc. exists to develop and commercialize other unique and innovative technologies.

Management

Louis J. Brothers – President and CEO

Mr. Brothers holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences from the University of Cincinnati.  He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, marketing support, product management and logistics in industrial products.  He has extensive international business experience having worked in Europe, Russia, China and Japan. 

In China, he was part of the management team that supervised the construction of three large industrial plants.  Mr. Brothers was responsible for increasing his products’ market share in the bearing industry from 2% to 95%, in the process making valuable contacts, building business relationships with private manufacturers and the research communities and gaining important knowledge in the manufacturing and technology market segments

 

 

Larry Wilhide

Vice President, Industrial Products and Processes

Mr. Wilhide holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He has worked as a design engineer on projects for aerospace bearings for over 25 years including cage, retainer design and spherical bearing refurbishing. 

He has supported general machining and grinding operations.  He was team leader for CAD and CNC programming.  Additionally, Mr. Wilhide served in the U.S. Army in Korea where he held primary responsibility for arming nuclear warheads

 

 

Dr. Victor Alessi - Director

From 1999 until 2007, Dr. Victor E. Alessi was Chief Executive Officer of the United States Industry Coalition (USIC), an organization dedicated to facilitating the commercialization of technologies of the New Independent States (NIS) of the former Soviet Union through cooperation with its members.

Previously, he was President of DynMeridian, a subsidiary of DynCorp, specializing in arms control, nonproliferation, and international security affairs. Before joining DynMeridian in early 1996, Dr. Alessi was the Executive Assistant to the Director, U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency (ACDA). At ACDA he oversaw day-to-day operations, preparation of the Agency’s budget, and its contribution to the National Performance Review. He resolved inter-bureau disputes, and advised the Director on all arms control and non-proliferation issues.

 

 

Richard S. Relac – Director
Mr. Relac was trained in German as an enlisted member of the U.S. Army, and served as a military linguist and intelligence collector in West Berlin in the early 1960's. 

After military service, Mr. Relac earned a BA in Russian, with additional courses in French, at the George Washington University in Washington, DC.

 

 

Raul Fernandez – Director

Mr. Fernandez brings 35 years of IT service management, network design, enterprise business strategy, and post sales support experience with him.
